Ways of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Ways of delivery

Order dispatches are exclusively being made through ELTA Courrier. You can collect your order in the following ways:

• Delivery at an address of your preference.
• Our main shop at Apollonos 39, Athens, Greece.

Cancel an order

Orders are eligible for free cancellation as long as they haven’t entered the shipping process and the request has been placed within four (4) business hours after the order placement. Otherwise, you will be charged with the shipping expenses.

You can place a cancellation request, by either reaching our Customer Support telephone line at (+30 210 3247336, +30 693 6881925) or by sending an email at [email protected] using the same email account that you used to place the order. Make sure that you clearly state your first and last name, the order number, as well as your intention to cancel the order.

Returns

Custom-made production is based on work with individual proportions resulting in seamless fit, all done according to the specific measurements of a client, which makes us not being able to accept returns. That is why we take a unique personalised approach completely diminishing any room for mistake.
